    Right. Let's get this out of the way: if anyone ever tells you to visit Cape Town in spring, tell them to feck off. Spring in Cape Town sucks. Big time. The fecking southeaster is ripping us to shreds again.

    Morning tipster and all to come x

    Omg it's dark and i feel like shite ! Barking like a dog and my chest is killing ! Got to go to shagging work though ! I could cry ! Still - made it through day 3 totally AF !!!! Maybe it's cos I've packed the grog in that I've picked this up - ohhhhhhh don't do being ill very well :-(

      Morning Tipps Quest and all to come. Oh i hope you feel better soon Quest nothing as bad as feeling ill and having to go to work. I have a cold and sinus trouble at the past week or so but its not too bad bit of a runny nose sneezing the odd time and a bit of a headache but not too painful. Still dark here but the forecast is for a mild day 13 to 15 c with light rain or drizzle later. Got to do some food shopping later and might make an AA meeting this morning in if i don't fall back asleep. Have a good tuesday.

            Mollers I'm at Uni, I will have internet till about 4pm today, then be back online tomorrow, Mrs Pinky is in bed shes been on night shift, bless x

                              A tip I picked up from JimJohn this morning - and something I suspected for a long time !.
                              Go have a sauna - heat up your body - that is why you get a temperature when you are sick - TO FIGHT OFF the infection !!!

                              So GET WARM !! :l
