does anyone know any off the counter medicines that help you sleep, my doctor wont provide a prescription.

Hi traderged,

A very good one I use is VALERIAN... As you live in the UK you can get it from HOLLAND AND BARRETTS...

It comes in tablet form or as a liquid... I prefer the liquid as it acts quicker, it comes in a small bottle with one of those dropper things, just mix 1 ml with a little water and drink it about half an hour before you go to bed....
