Morning all !
Hard at it in the workhouse here (not) :H

Long weekend here in Ireland
The sun has just came out
I am having my first a AF long weekend in years
I haven't had a hangover in months
I was in Gym @ 7am this morning

Have run out of positive things - so help is needed lease:

About 3 months ago now I discovered that the world would not end if I had an AF weekend - so yes all my weekends are AF these days.
I still have yet to get over the 'Wedding hurdle' & 'Holiday hurdle' :new:
But ... this is controversial in these parts - when I have a drink - I will not beat myself up over it !! That helps no-one. Just need to decide myself what I am trying to achieve.
I will just get back to it when whatever is going on is over and hope to get stronger as I meet the hurdles.
6 months ago I couldn't even imagine one EVENING AF !!!
