:hallo: again.

Had a lovely brunch called a "bundu breakfast" - eggs, sausage, bacon, tomato, bread with yet another coffee. All served in enamelled tin plates & mugs. Bought some lovely goodies - local honeyy, a thyme-flavoured balsamic reduction, pomegranate dressing and a coconut, coriander & peri-peri sauce.

Afternoon army not long home from Bray.Went to my AA meeting at 1 and then 2euro shop for tealights a cande for a gift and a bag of mini toberlones which are half gone along with nearly half a bar of fruit and nut from Lidl where i got my shoping before i waited nearly 40 mins for a bus home in the cold. Lovely sunny bright afternoon but chilly. Nackerd now so having a vanilla flavoured coffee and i'm in for the rest of the day. I have to cut back on sweets and chocolate which i have been indulging too much lately and not getting out walking as much i have gained a few ibs round my middle which i don't need as i'm already overweight. Got to get my act together when this weekend is over. Molly enjoy your afternoon out with Joe i hope it cheers you up a bit. I got tru phases of not wanting to post or even go on the internet. Good luck with the costume jc i'm sure you will do a great job. You got some nice stuff at the market tipps and a lovely brekkie too. Have a good saturday evening to you all whatever you have planned.
