    So, the Stevia you buy - the Natvia in Coles - is so exy...but they reckon you dont need much? Mmm...not sure if I can have my cake and eat it too at the moment....

          I found the standardised one to have a bitter after taste.

            wonder if I could munch on a Stevia leaf then, as I get teribble sugar craving about this time in the afternoon.. any suggestions how to cope with these cravings....

            like Happy mabe I would like my cake and eat it too....

              My yoga teachers given me a recipe for chai tea, it does have to have sweetener so I'm thinking of the Stevia...but yes, in the afternoon I'm craving sweets and normally hit the coffee as well...oh, and she suggested a little lie down I like that...

                Bridge the storms were quite bad over the weekend, we didn't have any damage, but Brisbane and some suburbs got it worse than us, with damage and loss of power.....

                  Wow. Didn't realise how severe the storms were.

                  Just had another cup of tea with Stevia.....I'm just not sure.....will have to use it a couple of days and report back.

                    Happy would love the recipe for chia tea, will buy some, and some stevia.. will be only too pleased to give it a try, hopefully help with the sugar cravings.. little lie down sounds good too...

                      Yep...I've got insurance claims on two of the businesses I do stuff for....ones only got the power back on today....

                      We had a hail storm last night that was pretty wild too...

                          Is that normal tea your having Bridge, I don't take sugar in my tea, but always looking for something sweet late afternoon....will see how you go after a couple of days then....

                            Its pretty simple, simmer cloves, cinnamon, fennel, cardamon and ginger in a little water, add tea leaves...then milk - she uses Barrambah - and boil lightly. Add brown sugar...now I havent done it yet, but I'm keen to give it a go minus the sugar...I think Bridge had a recipe for tea too at one stage...
