          Gawd, I thought I had but just realised that with everything going on at the moment that I haven't done it yet. All the pics are on the work computer, and I'm working at home today and tomorrow, but promise I'll stick something up by the end of the week!

                      Howdy Pardners!!!!

                      Bridge - TWO pair of black stocking laddered this morning. Third and last of my stash have made it to the command post!!! FFS - they don't make nylon like they used to!!!! Almost $30 spent before I left the freakin' house!!

                      Aspy - I may be a little late but wanted to add a comment re the toxic liquid thinking. This last fortnight has been really hard for me. I almost caved on the weekend. I have NO idea why I am thinking about drinking. My lesson at trying to mod has set the scene for an AF life, for which I am very pleased. BUT.... I don't understand why all of a sudden these thoughts pop in. New house, happiness at a new phase of my life, anxiety about this new phase, stress of work and new house and visitors, having a mortgage again after being debt free??? All of these could be contributing to the thoughts but one thing I know is that I will win this game.....no matter what. Do some cognitive therapy exercises every time a thought pops into your head - remember a shitty time caused by AL and hold that thought. I can guarantee you will have more bad memories than good about your drinking days!

                      Hugs and special stuff to each and everyone of you!! I gotta fly - I lost my freakin' mobile phone this morning and took 20mins to finally find it. I use it as my alarm, and when it went off this morning I tucked it under my pillow. I managed to tuck it inside the pillow case so when I went to retrieve it I couldn't find it. Searched the bed 78 times.... The walls are now blue from the vile language I used during in my frenzied search.

                              Hi there Undies, wondies, and beauties. Well no museum today but holiday shopping done for Thanksgiving. The lovely folks at AJ's market in Scottsdale were very helpful. However, their tooks are very expensive :H

                              I'm making:
                              Citrus rubbed turkey with apple cider gravy
                              Bacon cornbread stuffing
                              Mashed potato & yams
                              three other veggies

                              The weather is wonderful here so I'm off on the bike for an hour or two.

                              I miss that Sunny and Leon too Nicey. Between all the missing the past two weeks I'm still not medically correct. Perhaps a high colonic... :H
