Now as a aside from eels Ficks found this great thing being promoted on Radio National ( fave station ) Raggys is probably on to it ..however its a 6 week meditation challenge so sign up and do it!!!!!! .Personaly... and Im sure Mr G and other undies will attest to the daily benifits of meditation ( particulary in the early stages of recovery) it is essential!!! any way heres the link ..Thanks Fickle

When ever i start dusting, it just opens a can of worms, i mean eels. So i just let it be. Does that explain my asthma or blocked nose? Nah, course not.

Hi everyone. Well after a number of starts and stops I've decided along with my sister to have my mom come out to Arizona with me for a few weeks. After a number of lengthy conversations, I've realized I can do very little to assist back home. My sister and her husband will handle the insurance issues and plans for repairs to home. They are currently in a hotel and my sister will move in temporarily with relatives. The situation on Long Beach Island is still tenuous as most residents are not allowed back on the island. We did NOT have flood insurance like so many residents there along the shore because of the extremely high cost. I'm not sure how this will play out as the Governor is lobbying for some type of financial relief.

The saddest thing for my family is mom losing all her letters from my dad sent during WWII, and of course the cats. We think her coming here will be good. My sis will do some more digging through stuff to see what can be salvaged. The MOST important thing is that my family was unharmed. Stuff can somewhat be replaced but the scars of so much loss will linger.

I want to thank you all for your kind words of support. Without you I would most definitely be at the bottom of a bottle. I wouldn't me me if I didn't leave you all with this...

There is a BIG relief concert tonight. I hope you Roos see it. If you have a buck or two that you can spare donate to the Slavation Army. I think they are the best.

The day after Speech Night cant believe my big locust is graduating high school...also pretty happy that when the bits of the evening that entailed standing and such came along, I could do it without the shakes AND in high heels...
