Sitting at the command desk wondering where the weekend went. Suffice to say we worked sooo hard, got half as much done as predicted (which I knew would be the case) and very sore and a bit fatigued.

Anyway, we are a few steps closer to the goal......

Love to you all, and I hope the week is a good one!!!

It would be a completely vile sensation Lil. Jeez I hope it settles down soon. And some people are so prone to it

Thanks for the sweep Reg. I remember your horse for me a couple of years ago was called 'Lick a Ding' or some such notion:H:H:H I hope this name is somewhat more chaste.....because I am a dyed-in-the-wool suburban station wagon driver now...:H:upset:

A big hello and huggles to all Northern Hemi folk who have dropped in over the last coupla days. I love to see you folk here and will be looking out for election results for US ovaries when I get half a bloody chance.

                    Evening all.

                    My pleasure Lilly!

I like no. 4 Reg. Thanks mate. Good luck everyone.

Jonesy, you got a V8 of course?

Hi Cashy. Sorry to hear you're not travelling too well. It sounds very overwhelming what you, your Dad, and family are going through mate. The bottle will numb the senses for a little while, and we can seemingly get a bit of relief from our responsibilities, and the load on our shoulders. The downside is, as you know very well, is that booze affects our brain/body chemistry so much, that for me at least, the negativity and depressive outlook and state of mind i have after a drinking bout, is SO depressing and negative, that these 2 words are the dominant themes for me when booze is in my system. It is also very stressful emotionally, as the grog will magnify any negative points of any situation i am in when drinking. I am not relaxed when booze is in my system. My body is a depressed, anxious, nervous wreck, and i am sure no good to me, or anybody else. Getting numb/pissed in these sorts of situations is understandable, but ultimately negative and destructive. I'm not knocking you, i'm just sticking my beak in and giving some feedback. Don't forget. You have done an amazing job keeping yourself together in all of this. I'm sure your Dad is very proud of you Cashconverters. Take care of yourself. :h
