      Dottie - was it work that was awful?? :l Great job on going home empty handed. That's the way to do it.

      Took hubby for his pre-op appointment. I asked the nurse to take my blood pressure too. Normal. Then when the Dr got done with Scott, she asked me how I was doing. I mentioned the tight chest. So, she went ahead & had the do an EKG on me. All normal. So, guess I need to stop complaining. I didn't mention the possibility of the antabuse causing it because I had just asked for a refill. So, I'll just back it off for a couple days and see if that helps my chest. If it does, I'll know to take it a couple times a week again like I did before.

                  I don't blame you. I would but that is how I keep in touch with all my nieces & nephews. That's mainly who is complaining now - all my relatives. We are on complete opposite sides about this and I keep my mouth shut. But, I'd rather not have to read all of these posts. They are VERY unhappy with the way it turned out. So - they will get their little jabs in at me for a few months (or the next 4 years). Oh well.

                            Nora, I am glad there is somebody still awake tonight!

                            My mother works at the polls, and she had some horror stories for me today. Many people voted for ALL the candidates for President, Senator, Congress...WTF?

                            I told her that Americans are definitely dumbing down these days. I don't mean to make this political at all. I don't care who voted for whom. What I do care about is a simple ability to follow instruction. How scary that so many people cannot comprehend what a ballot is about. Their votes are dismissed.

                                I just saw a post by Juja. She is taking a break until all the political talk dies down.:upset: I sent her a PM and said that there would be NO more politics discussed here on our thread and to please come back and join us.
                                I agree with her that I don't want to have to read or think about it here on my safe place. It's bad enough out in the real world. Is that ok with everyone else??:h
