Home from work...
I can't keep up with you girls!
--Couldn't get a dr's appt--booked up. Will call Friday, hoping for a cancellation before noon, when I have to go to work. I work in a public library. Think about what I touch and breathe. I checked in a book that had a piece of toilet paper as a bookmark. The DVDs are the worst. I don't want to think about it....
--Mama, I'm glad you're okay with not getting the promotion. I'm sure everyone wanted you.:l Things are going to be tough for awhile, but at least your company is trying to save salaries. I hope that's some consolation. We're in this together, and we'll make it because we're one hell of a country.:h
--Techie, is your job safe? You can do anything--I just know it. You're one of the exceptional types who walks among us. Hey, do you do windows?
--K9, I'm glad you're better. All kinds of stuff floating around out there.
--I need a weave for my eyebrows. Or is it threading? Can I have some of yours, fennel? Everything on my person is thinning except thighs, abdomen and boobs.
--No longer stress over Christmas. Cash for kids, which makes them ecstatic, necessities for the older peeps, and siblings don't exchange gifts. Everyone wants Christmas traditions established in their homes, so no big dinners. Am I a lucky or lonely? I do it up big for DH, so you guess.
--regarding penises: I'm like a T'giving turkey: I'd rather be filled lightly filled than stuffed!

Juja - :l:l I'm so sorry. Sometimes what we learn in childhood is hard to get over.
Fennel is right about that pain. My son had appendicitis. It is nothing to mess around with. He had atypical symptoms so it took a few days for them to realize that is what he had. She is right that once the pain stops it can mean that it has ruptured. Not safe to wait until Friday if it is your appendix. Sorry to scare you but my Dad almost died from it before I was born.
