DB That time is coming soon for my dad too. It's weighing heavily. I don't know how I'll manage the caretaking of two parents in asst living. Something will have to give. Siblings will need to step up. We'll see.

Hello Steppers!

Juja - sorry about the computer issue. That is a pain. I've just been on chat with Dell for a couple hours trying to get my issues resolved. They're sending out a new mother board & web cam.

I'm glad that you got your Dad moved, Dottie. I'm sorry that you're having to go thru this too, Juja. That is so hard. It just isn't right that this is all so expensive. It shouldn't take everyone's whole savings to get this care.

I will be back tomorrow. It took so long with the computer that it's almost bedtime. Just want to give everyone a big hug and positive thoughts. :l:l

Hi Everyone!

I haven't read back, but I will so I can catch up.

Gosh my date seems like forever ago...LOL. It was good, we had a nice dinner at a Japanese restuaurant and then went to see Skyfall. I've never been much of a "Bond" fan, but it wasn't bad. My date couldn't believe I didn't know who "Moneypenny" was at the end. LOL I dropped a few hints to him that I really, really want to see Life of Pi (I'm halfway through the book), so we'll see if that pans out. Sierra is back home...YAY! I went to pick her up yesterday then we had a HUGE lunch at Red Lobster then shopping at Target....funny how you can easily spend $100 on CRAP at Target. LOL

Ok, I need to see what ya'll been up to...so I'll read back.

I STILL don't know who the hell Moneypenny is Mama! LOL

I guess that gave away my complete ignorance of 007. I haven't heard from him since so maybe that was the dealbreaker. Nah, that's just how he is...very slow moving, but that is fine by me since I really don't know what I want out of this anyway (?). I am more than happy in my little house with my daughter, nephew and dogs...not sure I'd be up for a change right now...so we will see.

My "maternity" pillow is awesome...my daughter wants one now...the darn thing is huge though.

Hi, steppers:

I've been missing because I'm obsessed w Chris Colfer. He's so talented, witty and funny! I love all of the interviews he did on jay Leno, Ellen, etc. his iq must be super high because he's probably the wittiest 22 year old I've ever seen. I wish he would do stand up comedy or improv. He'd be so good at it.
