Morning army well i was awake at 2am till bout 4.30 when i got a few more hrs kip. Sleep pattern is still bad but i catchup when i can. Cool but bright and sunny now. Bloody scumbags trowing eggs at your cars and driveway. We had kids doing that a few years just cos they thought it was to throw them at the house and doors/windows i got hit and i never found out who it was. Waste of time and the parents would most likely denie it. thankfully hasn't happened to me since. Another new month and aquiet halloween passed around here. Have a terrific thursday army and the rest to come.Comment

I'm actually qualified in giving a advice about risky alcohol abuse. Binge drinking, daily drinking that kind of thing.It could be worse, I could be filing.

Howdy Guys, just nipping on for a wee bit before my first counselling client of the day, just finished uni doing one way annovas, bloody hard, lol, and planning a review for my next counselling session, so preping that and just prepped a class I have to teach in 2 weeks, thank god theres 5 of us sharing the teachingI love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.
