    Morning Tippers.

    There's a fecking fly in my room. It.'s 5.40am and there's a fecking fly buzzing at the top of it's fly voice, whizzing about my room. I hate flies.

      Hi Running sorry about the fly.

      Off for a run this morning trying to get my running legs back. I got a PW (personal worst) on Saturday.
      RC I will not be doing the Barcelona Marathon but my friends are doing it as it is supposed to be brilliant. I will be doing London in April and Windermere in May
      So Barcelona in march would be pushing it.

        The Killers were Fecking Mint, we danced so much our hair was stuck to our heads, they done all old favourites like jenny was a friend of mine, and bones, i was surprised they sang bones but I loved it and brightside and all the old faves, mrs pinky had cider and it fecking stunk, she kept putting the glass near my face by accident and i had to turn round and say thats not a good idea, she said ok and kept doing it so i took the cider and said look if u were in weight watchers would u wanna have a ticket to willi wonkas chocolate factory, she just looked at me then said oh yes, lol, from that point no more cider in me face, lol
        I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

                I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way

                    LPC i am ok, not feeling the best, but havent been great the last few months with one thing after another,Had a great sleep last night the first one in ages.

                        As i am not working have to go up to the unemployment exchange again today,its a nightmare going there and a very depressing place :upset:

                            yeah its not a nice place, why dont u trawl the internet and see if theres any jobs going? or can u not work because of illness?
