You're up early. Not a fan of Guy Fawkes night myself, it's fun for the kids, though.
I've "bin" outside to put the wheelie bin out and it's blooming freezing. The car is all frosted up. :upset:
Can I tell a bad, non-PC, joke here on the subject of bins ?
Lady answers door to a gentleman from the local authority ( he is of chinese origin)
"hello can I help you ?"
"where you bin" ?
Lady looks at her lovely tan & says " Lanzarote"
Gentleman says " NO! where you BIN?"
Lady "LAN-ZAR-OTE" - getting peeved
The gentleman jumps up and down " NO NO !! WHERE YOU WEELY BIN ?"
Lady : "Ok OK calm down - yes it's sunbeds" - disgusted & slams the door !! :H:H

Still, the best cure for a common cold is mega-dose vitamin C, taking around 1 gram an hour, or 2 grams every two hours, until symptoms abate. The goal is to get your blood level of vitamin C as high as you can without extremely loose bowels (known as bowel tolerance level) and keep it up until you overcome the infection. Then, I recommend having at least 4 grams a day for a day or two, before returning to what is my baseline of 2 grams of vitamin C a day.
