We can call it "Wazzzzz SUP Army" As an aside, interested to see PH's baseline for Vit C daily is the same as mine, so's his cold remedy. I dunno if you know this but you can detox from AL and other substances using Vit C in the same way as he's using it for treating a cold. Some detox units put their patients on a Vit C drip for the first 48 hours or so. Personally, I reckon you can do it fine popping 1000-2000mg an hour. I watched a doco on Netflix the other night called "Food Matters"... I reckon you'd like it. Discusses the use of vitamins -v- main stream medicine and how big pharma wants to keep us all sick and on meds to make their money. I loved it... been thinking that way for years... it's been over 5 years since I went to a Doc.

Funny old day here today. It's totally got away from me and I've really got naff all done apart from housework. Anyone else have days when they're on a go-slow for no apparent reason? I reckon I'm a bit blue and I don't even know why. Hate that mood swing shite... (
