    We'll it all comes down to tonight, President race, Senate & Congress races. New Armaments to vote on...... In MD.......Gay marriage, another Casino and the Dream Act for kids of Illegal alien's.........See what happens here and the rest of the USA....

    Too early to tell for sure.

                    Howdy all ! I just can't believe that someone that has the highest unemployment in years, lowest job growth, and a country that has been down graded from Triple AAA Bond rating to double AA, and stay tune were about to be down graded again; has won an election !?! So here we are again........same problem we had before the election. A Republican Congress, Democratic Senate.....and Obama as president. What will be different !?! They did'nt accomplish anything the last four years....what do you think the'll accomplish the next four. (definition for insanity: Trying the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result !) Tony

                      I'm with you, Tony! Am in shock. We can console ourselves in saying it isn't the whole country; it's half the country, ok a bit over half, that dare I say are insane (see definition above).

                          Many of us are in shock and this is a place of support. People were free to talk about the disaster of Sandy. We should feel free to talk about the distaster of Obama...

                          I for one am thinking more about drinking tonight than I have in nearly six fricken months...
                          Won't change the outcome. Won't sooth the sickness I feel in my stomach...

                          It was just impossible I guess not to elect Santa Clause. Should have seen it coming...

                            we all have one enemy and that is alcohol. i consider anyone with a drinking problem or alcoholism a friend, regardless of their politics. we will survive and flourish, regardless of our opinions on the election.

                              Well shoot then I can chime in! I thought stuff like this was verboten here.

                              I am thrilled that Obama won. Just my 2 cents. Intolerance is not attractive to me, nor is racism.

                              But that's all I'm going to say. I don't want to ruin a safe haven with contentious stuff.
