Relationship Issues...Leading Me To Drink or Excuse?

I am also a kinda undecided in many cases !!
I simply realised that our low self esteem keeps us undecided and unproductive. The alcohol plays vital role to safeguarding it.
People say you have to take right decision at right time but I think ,sometimes we have have to take a decision and make it right !!!
I suggest to get help to raise self esteem first .Its hard to achieve ,once achieve it will pave the way ...

        ruminating

I wish I could tell you that I didn't know what it's like to be stuck in rumination or obsessing. But I do.

Lance Dodes book "Heart of Addiction" has the view that alcohol abuse is no different from any other compulsive disorder (as opposed to an alcohol specific issue) and I am really believing that point of view at the moment.

Briseus you are very young and you are getting exposed to a lot of points of view. Hold firm in your own view of yourself and don't get swayed even by professionals that you know in your heart are not right.

As for your living situation, a move could do you a lot of good. A lot of environments are toxic. So it's not like you will be the same if you move. If you stay, many people who live together don't get along. It usually is a problem of perception of not putting in the same work/fair share for upkeep of the place. Sharing, cleaning, being considerate. They are basic things that if not in sync can make living together unbearable!

I wonder if there are some things in those easier areas that you could work on.

And when you start obsessing try to bring yourself to the outer world.
