    Mick - yer a leg-end.

Mario - hope you'll be feeling betters real soon.

Just a quick pop-in. About to have lunch... and now thinking that whatever I'll have will be bad for me... I do love me bread. But then my grandad was a baker. That's true, though it could be the beginnings of a joke.

This arvo off to see a flat in the middle of the fecking country. Probably jist teasing meself with it... but will report back laters.

    S'later army...

Grandad a baker, Faither a priest... not quite sure what that makes me...

Mither is a teacher by trade. In Aberdeen there are three fairly large granite buildings all standing next to each other: the city library; St Mark's Church; His Majesty's Theatre. It's often referred to as "Education, Salvation, Damnation"

          Ma's a teacher...
          Pa's a priest...
          Am... eh...

          f*cked.

Would Satzuma with a bin on her heid be considered a ?has bin??

Nice images of blue skies and frosty landscapes to start the thread with today!

              Hope your migraine's better Pingu...

Jacks... what a complete pain in the arse your interrupted night's sleep was. Could just see him tripping over Bess? lol

Questy... you're sounding good!!! Two thumbs up!

Roll on 21 November for both Mario and Panno? hopefully all these issues will get sorted out then. It?s not easy living with pain, sucks the life out of you, so feel bad for our Mario? xxx But happy to hear it?s prolly only grizzle for Panno!

Re the diet thing? I reckon wheat and corn are evil and I avoid both. I TRY not to eat bread but I?ve not been very successful with that lately? the baguettes have been calling my name. I seldom eat pasta and never eat rice. I get snagged by crackers though? my second weakness after bread, and I didn?t used to eat chocolate but have found myself eating it the last few months dammit. There?s no milk or cereal in my house? that ?healthy start to the day? they promote is a load of old cobblers! Processed food is the pits, period? and I reckon fat is healthier than bad carbs (the non-complex variety?).

Dull, overcast day? meh. Have to go help a friend empty a storage unit today and, other than that, there?s nowt on the to-do list. I?ve been saving my pennies so I have no plans for going out this weekend. I have to pay out of pocket for the knee doctor on Wednesday and I?m just hoping that I don?t need arthroscopic surgery or something along those lines? ( One step at a time as they say on a thread around here somewhere!

Think I?ll go make bacon and eggs? all that chatter about it has made me Hank?

:hallo: Army. Just been tio the Body Worlds exhibition. The bit showing a healthy liver, a fatty one and one with cirrhosis made me feel very grateful that I've quit the AL... Needless to say, the diseased lungs gave both Mrs. T and I pause for thought. Overall quite awesome.

Off to have a gelato and stroll around the V&A Waterfront. It's a perfect day in Cape Town.
                        I'll do whatever it takes

Seeing as y'all love funny me. Here's another

I just text someone and said me and tigger are off to watch a friend sing in a concert...

But predictive text kicked in and translated it as we are off to see a friend dying in a bucket...
