why is my body aching all over?

All my limbs and muscles all over. Tops of my arms, my neck, my Knees and thighs. Is this down to over consumption? I feel rubbish, yuk.

Anyone else experience this whilst at their highest consumption?

Hope you are all good friends xxx

Please see a doctor. Liver problems can cause muscle soreness but so can just general flu. Good luck!

Then the doctor can do blood test looking at your liver functions to make sure they are ok.....

Blood tests. Time to detox sounds to me. Start stretching and exercising. Drink lots of water.

Go to a doc and admit your problem. Weigh your options. Talk to friends and family.

                    Hi girly,
Yes,it could be simple or fatal so better to have a blood check.
                    Do you feel nausea?
If so it would much related to liver.
Wish you have a normal state.

Girly, I agree with others see a doc soon. In the meantime can you detox, loads of water, milk thistle, cranberry juice, rest.
Do you exercise? Maybe it's that that's hurting you.
Let us know how you are?
                      Why all the drinking? Xxx

Yes my highest ever. It's standing at three or four cans followed by enough vodka until I'm unconscious on weekdays sometimes drinking what is left in the glass the following morning and weekends are real bad.Friday evening drinking starts as soon as I finish school. Start drinking at around 4 pm on sat as many cans as possible then after kids go to bed at 9 pm i start on the vodka and usually wake up at 5 am on the sofa. Then we go out for Sunday lunch at 12. I have two pints in the pub then drink cans slowly for a while then hammer the vodka again. Waking on Monday morning is awful I feel full of self loathe.

I'm still too scared of the consequences of seeing a doc. I'll be branded an alcoholic for the rest of my life. if I ever need to change jobs I'm screwed.
Dixon I always have nausea because I'm constantly hungover.

Moots I don't exercise any more I'm far too lazy x

One day I'll beat this shit.

Girly. Over the time you've been here I've seen you say over and over that you can't see your doctor because of the consequences for your job or future jobs. My doctor knows I'm an alcoholic but no where on her notes has she got me branded as an alcoholic. Her notes actually say alcohol misuse..

What worries me is that over time they will come to realise at work that you are very hungover if not every day but most days and have more than slight whiff of stale alcohol around you. Believe me people can smell booze a mile off. I hate to say this but there may come a time when you're asked to leave.

I'll repeat again your doctor cannot
share your details with anyone without your written permission.

Please take care of yourself, hun.:l
