Afternoon Army. Having a day in 2 parts.

Went out for a run with my faster friend and came back exhausted but happy.

I went to a funeral at lunchtime of a dear older friend. I met people I had not seen for years, it was interesting to see their reaction to my new alcohol free status/body. Most people thought I looked 10 years youngerI must have looked awful when I was a boozer.
