I think it is a delia smith recipe from year ago
Cut red peppers in half deseed, fill with peeled chopped toatoes, loads of garlic, drizzle over olive oil and top with anchovies. Oven for about 30 mins until soft.:h

Been out with me ma all day (and me auntie - her sister) they're like feckin hinge and bracket !!!

It's a shame tho - mums on oxygen and getting it in and out the car all day has done me in ! She did treat me to 2 new pairs of boots tho - black ankle for work, and furry winter ones !!! I feel truly spoiled !!!

Back from the Doc?s? not terribly good news but better than it could have been I suppose. I didn?t do myself any favours by not getting it seen to sooner (I just thought it would heal? every other sports injury did? getting effing older I suppose) BUT I at least did the right thing with icing it and resting it. (I didn?t mention the half hearted attempt to resume at the gym? he was looking at me like I was bonkers already for taking so long to get it checked out.) Fuuuuuuuuuuuck?.. Anyway? I have to go to do physical therapy and rehabilitation stuff 3x a week to start and he hopes I can avoid surgery if it responds well. If I didn?t want full mobility back it wouldn?t be such an issue? but I do otherwise how the feck can I work out?

Ach, feck it, I really am quite bummed. I?m trying not to let all this shite with my knee and my cat get me down but I?m close to tears. ( I was SO stupid not going to the Doc sooner.

OK? that?s enough self pity for the time being. Thanks for listening to my gripe.
