Hiya Monkey...nice work on 7 days. Good point on the chocolate...surely it has sugar unless you get bitter in which case I would use>>>wait for it>>>stevia or agave. I dunno about unleashing the sugar monster...I'd just keep the healthy alternative on hand for the occasion. Personally wouldn't use soy products either...pretty much GMO worldwide now. Lots of seeds/nuts can be subbed. Even those seedy seeds.

Thats the reason I brought up the stevia in the first place, finding an option to cook with....over winter I turned into a 50's housewife type, started with baking bread - which I still do - but it was like, shelf to spare? pop in a slice...make it two...and I make bread most days... family loved it, my bum - not so much...is big...

Yeah fresh bread is a proper tease. I baked regularly when my kids were little and my metabolism was bigger. Plus I am gluten intolerant, so I don't do much wheat (wheat Nelz, not weed). Something you may want to consider is waiting at least til it's cooled and the fresh yeast is not so active as it plays havoc in the gut. Think live little crawly things in and over it. In "olden" days they did not even use sugar to leaven bread. Just salt, flour, water but they would leave residue in their dough bins which acted as an activator for the yeast. (Think I remember that right)

I just has a huge slice of banana cream pie. Great texture and the flavor was second to none. I'm cutting back on sugar tomorrow.
