    Ut oh....where's our Aussie's?

    Still committed and successful here. Wicked, wicked chocolate desires though. Don't normally watch TV but have been taking my dinner meals with an elderly lady who has it on and I'm putting it down to the constant advertising of JUNK. I shall persevere....

        Still here RC. Its been stinking hot and the ice cream has been calling but hanging in. Funny you know, I've been happy just keeping ice cream and chocolate out of the diet because I had been eating them both in extreme quantities....but now I will start keeping an eye on the less obvious culprits. Just an eye on it, not too gung-ho, oh and coffee intake down to 2 cups max a day...weight wise I've dropped so happy on that too.

          Still plugging away here too.
          Finding it so much easier to just cut out all carbs rather than just the sugars.
          I never have been know for my moderate behaviour.
          If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

              Techie that is so tempting

              got to come clean, I have had some cadbury's chocolate,went to the shops the other day, they had buy 3 big bars for $9 so i thought that would be good, for making christmas coodies, instead of using cooking chocolate, very bad idea for me to have that in the fridge..

                    fession time here....went whole HOG homemade bacon/cheese burger, fries with ketchup and one of these:

                      Lilly, I just did the food shop through Aldi, and I reckon I'm going to need a strategy not to walk out with half the shop....will eat BEFORE I go out next time...got Mr Happs to walk those aisles there is chocolate disguised as decorations everywhere...

                      I'm following Bridge on Atkins...its similar to how I eat normally anyway - except for the family block of chocolate that had become my normal...so developing flu like symptoms....
