        It's not BMI Ms A .
        It's proper measuring of fat with a pincer thingy.
        They said BMI is not accurate.
        The gym guy is all muscle - 20% body fat but going on conventional wisdom of ideal weight & BMI calc he is 3 stone overweight.

                  Fine here. Not much to report other than having done the essay... a job has been advertised though that is near double what i get at the mo... but i think it's a bit outta my league. A bit? Maybe more than a bit.. Still $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ And it's a really good move in the right direction career wise... just mulling it over....

                  Back in the flat after a weekend of peace. Well peace with the T Rex moggy.
