A belated happy Thanksgiving to zenners and mrs bear!

Great that you got the all clear panno and good that you got a diagnosis mario, although inflammable arthur ritus does sound a bit painful.

Is the park run for ladies only? Wouldn't mind having a bash, although I haven't run for a couple of months. Too cold. Proper wimp I am!

Back in a little while...the second half of the footy is just starting.

I would love to train in January and be able to run at least 5K in April - t'would be such an achievement.
