Sick of waking up with stiff back, so I procured a yoga dvd yesterday and plan to road test today. Yoga always made me feel good.

Yes Mr G I could quite cheerfully run away to a remote locale in NZ today. Then I wouldn't have to fix fly screens all day.

Yoga's sounds great Bridge, espesh seeing you like it. Do it!

Dunno if i can get up your way before the end of the world on the 21st, but if i can, it'll be with a couple a tickets to NZ.

Well people have always accused me of having my head up my arse, and after today's yoga session it is true both literally and figuratively.

I have no problem with the close geographical inspection of my own knee caps (still there apparently) but the sheer terror of being stuck there, having to roll to the side commando style and crawl to the antique chest to hoist myself upright has lead me to question my purchase.

Tomorrow's lesson will no doubt involve further southerly self examination, so I suspect I shall get to see whatever else remains insitu.

Try that in a pair of baggy shorts as a bloke in a class mainly of women. I did it once, and soon discovered i was sporting inappropriate attire. I mean, i was comfortable but.....

Love yer yoga. Must be a cheap little joint round here somewhere. For now though, i make sure i stretch as often as possible. Stretching and movement, all important stuff. Throw in some mindfulness and meditation, and you can rule the world! (For the few remaining days left). I'm gonna have a quiet one on the 21st i reckon.

Well ... I've almost filled the second skip with general junk and I shall ring them tomorrow and arrange pick up for the 22nd - that way I'll get away with not paying for it when it All Ends on the 21st. Brilliant!

Haven't tried the Bikram. Do they heat up the bloody room? A 1st/2nd floor room? It's bloody summer here. Thats an OH&S issue i think.

I'm ordering lots of underwear before the 21st. Might get me some guitars too.
