Crispy batter.

3/4 cup SRF
1/4 cup corn flour
1 egg
salt/pepper
1 cup beer

Mix all together and re-frigerate. Cold fish, cold batter, hot oil = crispy!

Noice jam today with me new band today, and yes Happa, a swim first thing. We only get time once a fortnight at present, but it's always a delight. (the other blokes might hate it for all i know, but they keep smilin and keep coming back )
