      Morning all,
Up for a play with Leon before heading orf to work. Last day to work until Friday.
I've got this recipe on my list to try for tomorrow
curried cauliflower fritters | Jamie Oliver | Food | Jamie Oliver (UK)
Leon is having all kinds of milestones.

Hope you all have a flash 23rd.
Aspy, good on you for returning the beer. I'm a bit like Haps with re gifting the AL.

Good morning Saucy, Supermodel, Sunny and Leon, and gidday Lilly and Aspy and Doodyheads near and not so far,

Yes Happs, i'm aching everywhere. Bones, muscles, tendons, and some niggling little irritations from muscles i obviously haven't used for awhile. A bloke at training suggested i just go hard on the heavy bag with me kicks so as to toughen up the shinbones and get the pain out of the way sooner. Estimated time frame for this? 3 months! :upset:

A Thai massage might be in order, and preferably one that doesn't offer me a 'happy ending'.

Aspy, you may know of Bob Jones, who was a well known Zen do kai practitioner in Melbourne in the 70's/80's, and may well still be going.

Enjoy your break Sunny! That pic of Leon man is an absolute pearler!

Have a beaut day with Nigel, Super M.

Quite warm here, and a long relaxing swim in the bay is where i'm at. Dinner with family tonight, and me sister should be over from WA. Yay! She's ace.

Have a relaxing day Roo's and do something nice for YOU. :h

          Yes, tapioca flour must
be used - no substitute. Really interesting stuff and doesn't behave like normal flour. I reckon try this recipe once and then adjust. Next time I'll use a more pungent cheese. They're crisp on the outside and gooey yummy inside ... well worth a try.

Just got a report from the family bash last night - apparently my old mum didn't even realise I wasn't there. Nor did she understand why people kept giving her presents. :upset:

          Have a calm arvo, Undies.

Tawny, dont know what to say about your mum. Its just sad. Funny thing, this time of year - there are such highs and lows...

And the highs outweigh the lows.

I found some more goose fat.

              In this little non-foodie town.

Poor little stall holder from the city is re-evaluating his rural sales policy. He just can't understand why no-one bought his Cassoulet. Or his Wild Boar Terrine with Redcurrants.

                    I've found that too.

Whats the plan with the goose fat?

And where is Bridge? and has anyone heard from Techie?

                        No to Techie question. Worrying.

OK ... that all took a bit of doing.

Soooo ... at last month's market, I bought this beautiful laser-cut 3 panel metal fire screen, new in box, for $49.

Quite by accident, I stumble across the same fusking thing on ebay for ... wait for it ... $149.95 buy it now (***free postage***)
