Evening all,
Good stuff Frog. Go for it. I've got smokers dropping like flies around me this year from heart attacks. I reckon you'll add another 10 years to your life if you turf em now.
Boiled spuds with garlic, ginger, chilli and tomatoes, sprinkled with olive oil and a few spoices. Simple, but had a spud craving.
In other news, had a massage today. An express style joint, but this time i was ushered to a laydown table rather than the usual chair. I asked for 1 x neck, shoulder and back massage. Ok.
I requested a female cause of yer yin and yang you understand, and glad i did. After 5 minutes, she clutched my right buttock.....tightly. There was nowhere to go, nowhere to run, but geez, it felt good. Then she proceeded to massage me hamstrings and calves which was bloody marvellous. I summised that she must've mistook 'neck' for 'legs', but she had a crack at me neck too in the end. Maybe the buttock/leg approach was integral to the back work. Anyway, it didn't knock me socks off, but it was noice.

Well, rather than strangle the young bloke downstairs for excessive noise, i'll poke around here for a bit. It's not loud really, just that incessant, intermittent low end murmer of voices from t.v. or a movie wafting up through the floor. Ah, this doesn't happen often, and he'll likely hit the hay about nowish. :H:upset::H:upset::nutso:
Should be able to get some shuteye shortly. Wait.........is that silence i hear? Alas, no. Looks like we're on till 3! I'm trying to get used to it as it's not an unreasonable volume. Just irritating. Anyway, see how we go. We'll have a chat soon i'm tipping. He's also a decent guy, as he offered to help me with the fridge up the stairs, and did.

You often cross my mind and I wonder how your drumming gigs are going; how's your pizza oven; your sling shot; your girls? I really like your quote about doing best when you're a little hungry - in all aspects of life. So nice to see you here and I hope you stay.
