    Santa's Little Underoos

Welcome to December and the first official day of summer. And holidays! I'm hanging out for a break I must say ........

Wow I keep hearing from friends and relatives and other undies about how hot it has been. Hope you all managed to get some sleep.

It has been a very pleasant 20-21 degrees here ..... mind you on Thursday it didn't get above 13!!

    Morning Missy and a.t.c

The first day of summer sure started with a bang ... a most spectacular thunder storm. Still too dark to see any damage caused but the temperature has dropped to 'very pleasant'.

Morning Missy and Froglette...and a.t.c. @ the drawer...

Had the biggest giggle when I saw the thread title Missy.

I've been trying to plan the logistics of the Sydney trip while I've been resting my wobbly head. And I reckon its giving me a headache....upshot is I really dont want to go...and I dont think the locust or Mr Happs are really revved up about it either...it would be nice to have our first Christmas in our own place instead of doing the trip. I'm trying to think of ways of turning it into fun but defo struggling...

            Morning all,

Yes, thunder downunder here last night. Right overhead too. I have a little flagpole thingy on my deck which has a southerly aspect, and overlooks the plebs i address each morning. Lots of tall trees too. I'm just waiting for a creck of lightning to hit and empower me with the powers of the Gods, where the neighbours gasp in unison......'Is he the one'?

Gigs last night and thursdee. Always great to be playing.

Pleasantly cooler here. Orf to find the nearest Bunnings bit later after a run and a swim in the bay. Noice. I need a barby and portable eggnishner thing.

Hey Sunny. I noticed yesty a Ben and Jerry's sponsored outdoor cinema (free) near me. An excuse for me to try the product i reckon!

Have a beewdy out there everyone, and hope you can get a win win for the family re christmas Saucilita.

                Morning Bridget,

Yep, they don't have a good rep, but i only need it for a small space, and just to take the edge orf where necessary. I've never had an eggnishner before, as the heat doesn't bother me too much, however, now i'm in a loft style set-up in the roof, i might need something that can project a bit of cool air for awhile. Surely the boffins have come up with something?

In other news, the movember mo has come off, orf i tell's ya's. :upset: It's a 2 pronged process. Firstly, the scissors to trim it right back (you know what i mean ladies). Then, ya go in with the razor. Geez, i tell's ya, it was an OH&S issue to begin with. I had to don the safety glasses whilst trimming with scissors as sharp shards of movember whisker where flying everywhere!

Overcast here, but blue sky's peeking through. Ooroo.

                      Arvo Undies,

It's just started to thunder and rain again but the temps were much kinder today.

Undies - remember me telling you about Liver Lady? Unfortunately she didn't make it and passed away this morning. I'm strangely relieved but feel so terribly sad for her husband who's been a total pillar of strength throughout this entire ordeal.

Never take anything for granted. I have to remind myself of that.

So where are these bloody mo pickshas? Cough up and share.

Arvo Undies..Froglette that's so sad. I dont suppose it helps to say your posting of her prompted a few of us to cross the final boxes on being organ donors...anyway totally agree on the taking nothing for granted...

And also giving myself a kick up the bum and planning positively for the Sydney trip instead of getting caught up crap...

Vertigo fine Lilly, I thought of you and did take time to rest and do the exercises and its helped.

Now, really would like to see a mo or two...Mr G?? and where is Reg?

Going hori, gentle Undies, - it's been a pretty big day.

I hope all those north of me are cool and calm.
