Hey all - I'll catch up properly tomorrow. Still recovering from last night. And Zen, I did dance as if nobody was watching. And, I NEVER do that. It was great!!!"Only I can change my life. No one can do it for me.".....Carol Burnett

I love that diagram, btw! Gonna show it to my son tomorrow when I force him to play a new song on the piano .... Wanna bet he'll be at step 0?

I'm with you about being tired of life. This week has just been so horrible, with work and family, then stress of the holidays... I just want to go back to staying in bed instead of exercising. I'm full of worries and depressed mood. Wish there was a pause button to stop life from going forward so I could rest a little.
I would be happy sleeping for days, while everything continued without me."Remember, you are responsible for creating your life by every thought, action, choice. Choose well." Oprah Winfrey

Hi and welcome roz, I read your thread and good luck going to rehab... What helps me the most is l glutamine. When I drink it, I have no cravings. I get the micronized fruit punch flavor fromGNc in powder form. Good luck!Alcoholic (or Ally)

Welcome, Roz.
Just a quick hello from here, my dears. Not feeling too sociable for some reason. Exhaustion, perhaps?

Hi, juja: I went out w my husband to dinner last night, had 2 bites of food, didn't order any drinks (usually at least 1 glass of wine). I'm just really super down. the worst part is, I just found out about something that will keep me worried for 2 more years... It's just one bad thing after another this month.Alcoholic (or Ally)

Ally - you can talk to us if you need to. And you need to eat. I am sure yourt Mom's death is hitting you hard.
Welcome Roz- I need to read your thread.
I am not blah, I am bored. I work, I come home, I work, I come home....but I am not drinking and that is one thing I hold on to. If life is to get all jazzy and exciting, that would be great. Utill then, I am gonna do what I do
Nora....I am sooooooooooo happy you danced......I do that at work sometimes to energize myself. Blast the radio and jump around. It works!
Hubs and I seem to be ok now...thank heavens....
off to run errands and spend my paycheck:upset:I love my family more than alcohol.:h
