Right, result from my court case in Portugal is 3 month ban and 1300 euro fine, Could have been worse as it always can be,My only defence was as this happened in 2005 and I don't reside in the country no longer,plus I drive for a living now and I haven't had a drink in nearly four years and also have turned my life 100 % around didn't do anything for me. So that's that.

Mario - what was the outcome?

It's called the Black Southeaster, Zens. It's really hectic. Trees uprooted, roofs blown off , even a truck blown over on a highway etc etc. We have to keep doors & windows closed despite the heat. Not lekker, but should improve from tomorrow.

and the 3 month ban means yer banned in Ireland too? So what does that mean for your job? Sorry Mario, I thinks considering what you have done to your live - i.e. wholesale turn it around for the better oughta mean SOMETHING to the courts. That's just the shits.

Yeah... that was the pictures I saw... peeps being blown over and hanging onto things, walking sideways against the wind, etc. It's so strange to think of a wind like that AND heat... Even here in Florida when we get nasty weather it usually cools off...
