    Hi, k9, new day, limers:

    You should weigh in at your highest and see the numbers go down!!!! That's the fun of it!

    Well my weight is staying at the same today. Maybe I will wear wrist weights when I lay in bed... I may lose more weight that way.... Lol!

      Ally - You are cracking me up with your ingenious ways to exercise. I like it! LOL

      You could throw on some ankle weights too so that when you ARE forced to get up, you burn an extra calorie or two...but be careful, don't strain yourself. HA

      I skipped my workout today...jeez, one day and already off the exercise wagon. Way to go, me! LOL

        My goal is to do 30 days AF, for now--taking it day be day, eat healthy, exercise and thus drop a miserable 65lbs. But that I will take in babysteps as well, maybe 10lbs at a time, maybe 10%....who knows......but those are my goals.

          Hey guys can I join in, jumped back on the wagon on 2nd Jan gained 7lbs after the festivities and need to lose both the booze and the weight I am following a weight loss programme built not sure if I can say the name of it ....
          Anyway lets do it!!!! x

              not losing actual weight but feel totally less bloated from all that holiday fat,sugar,salt and alc! today im gonna buy this floor pad i seen,it has ab exercises printed on it,plus itll help cuz my floors are hardwood,it hurts like hell to do a crunch on those babies!
              I have too much shit to do today and tomorrow to drink:sohappy:

                I am interested in healthy, and I'm losing 10 to START! I have 65 to lose, but it is such a daunting number that I chose 10 as my baby goal. I have beaten up my body for SOOO long, it's finally speaking to me saying, 'back this shit up girl!!! I can't live like this anymore.'

                  Well my ONE day of exercise on Wednesday is still causing me pain...I feel like I ripped (okay pulled) a muscle in my calf. Yes, I am just being a whiner. I promise to do better next week. I think I need to revise my workout though, I obviously jumped in too gung-ho...I think I need to ease into it!

                      I plan to lose the 7lbs I put on at Christmas using meal replacement shakes been ill but on the mend now so exercise regime will be starting ASAP
                      Well done so far everyone
                      I do normally eat quite healthy so I'm hoping its the booze to blame and stopping that will shed a few pounds x

                          I weighed myself yesterday and am down 6.2....probably all water, but down none the less......I also made it thru an AF Friday night for the first time in quite a long time.

                          Hope everyone is feeling well!!! Onto Saturday! Heading to the gym at some point then some laundry I imagine

                              I have found that the older I got, the more I needed exercise. In my 'better' days, I lost 50lbs after the birth of my third daughter with no exercise--all diet, Weight Watchers to be exact, but now 10 years later in my early 40's......not the same. It really sucks!!!!

                                yesterday I didn't work so predictably laid in bed and ate too much. bloated this morning but luckily didn't gain any weight. today at work, so should lose 2 pounds just for sitting in a chair instead of laying down.
