3-25-13: Lost 15.5 lbs
Ann - I did Weight Watchers years ago...basically it's just counting calories. 1 Point = 50 calories and then you figure out how many points to eat each day. I'm basically doing that right now. I have to admit I am being a bit obsessive (imagine an alkie obsessing over something? LOL) I weigh, measure, count EVERY dang thing I eat. I write down how many calories I burn. Now if only I could use these organizational skills for something useful....like my job. HA
