Just had a stroll through the garden. I'm happy to report that passion fruit harvesting will begin in a few weeks. There are dozens of small fruit on the vine, despite last week's wind, with even more blossoms forming

Hey Tipster - now I have yer tied down ( so to speak )
I posted last week that my trainer at the gym was from Capetown ............. I find that funny....... 'cos you were the first person I've ever come in contact with from SA ..... and now here's another..... law of attracion at work ???

Or maybe I've led a sheltered life up to now

Photo - ? Sounds lovely.
Was saying just yesterday - that when I go on hols that is one of the things that amaze me - fruit on trees - we don't get that here as such. Get very excited - like a child really !
The odd crab apple - but exotic things like passion fruit ohhhhhhhhhh - love it !

There are lots of Saffas in Ireland, actually. They were enticed in the boom times. Quite a few have since returned. We haven't been as badly affected by the global recession.
