Zenny- if you're still up and kicking about, just read your post in yesterday's thread. I just wanna say a big good luck and huggerroos to you. We'll all be thinking of you lots and lots and probably missing you lots and lots too, which now brings a wee tear to my eye, so am wondering - do they have room for an international contingent? :H

Yes much better satz, On the right tablets now and so far I am pain free.Still have to return to hospital but i am feeling 100 per cent better than i was.

From Zenstyle last night

Hiya anyone that's still up!

I haven't read back... in fact just logged on. Been a busy day.

Went to the rehab, spent a couple of hours there and I'm really quite impressed. Their program seems really on the ball and the accommodations and main central meeting area is very nice. Apart from counselling, phsychiatry and AA, they do art therapy, music & psychodrama therapy, even equine therapy... and they have a trainer and mini gym and they are heavy into nutrition. And there are activities at the weekends... you go off on picnics, fishing charters and stuff. Sounds like all fun but in actual fact, the therapy, group meetings, aa meetings etc. is very intensive. Anyway... Monday is the day.
