Aha! That ol' connection. I absolutely believe in it - simply because i remember it from when i was younger and didn;t associate booze with 'good times' ...
I'm glad JC brought it up. Just gonna be aware of it. Not going to do anything drastic... one moment at a time. The drive i have in me to be AF is stronger than having an AF beer. I know that when my cravings are at their worst - 4pm - 6pm (before eating) that food and ANY drink - water/lemonade/whatever means that hey presto! after 6pm - no cravings! Nothing new there, we all know that.
I had a mocktail in tuesday night - tasted like a boiled sweetie in juice form!Comment
