Wouldn't it be great if when finished wearing your clothes you got rid of them everyday and just had new ones on hand every time...no more ironing or washing.

Hiya!
Good idea marioman. Don't know much about arthur itis, but I'd guess that if you've put on a few pounds as a result of unhealthy eating, it's prolly not helping matters.
Could prolly do with losing a few pounds myself. Not exercising lately and spending too much time in the kitchen hasn't done my relationship with the bathroom scales much good over the past couple of months. We're still on speaking terms...just!
Speaking of exercising and stuff, I wonder how zenny's getting on with her knee rehab. And for that matter, how will she be able to continue with her knee rehab when she's in errr... rehab?

Sounds like a tough place! As a matter of interest, was there any opportunity to exercise at all at Aiseiri?

My clothes still fit, but have to have put on unwanted pounds, think I'll just leave well alone and when I go back to work on 27th after crimbo - I'll have till the 10th Jan to shed whatever - so I ain't gonna worry! I wouldn't either if I were you:l
Speaking of unwanted pounds, JC's SW reportage seems to have been fairly sparse lately, or is that me being unobservant?
