    I had a hell of a job trying to photograph those starlings! They just wouldn't keep still.
    What camera do you have? What ISO and speeds were you mainly shooting? (Silly questions I know as it depends on so many factors) What lenses do you have?

        Anyone into photograhpy?

        Any opinions on B/W pictures? Is it better to shoot in color and do black and white in post production, or better to have the camera shoot in B/W?

        Im really starting to like how pure B/W pix can be

          Anyone into photograhpy?

          Easy enough to convert but you could add a custom FN perhaps to your rig and catch both if possible. Portraits I will usually decide at that moment.

          Landscape is a tough call. I'm no expert though.

            Oh yeah, the conversion is pretty easy, I think my question was........Is the image more clear/sharp if the camera captures it in B/W?

            Or is the image about the same captured in color, then converted.

            A lot of times, I will take two pix of the exact thing one in color and one in B/W, looking for people with more time behind then lens than me..........about 5 minutes....:H

                            Bonus!

                            Did the first water change on the new SW tank, and this little guy showed up out of nowhere. Its called a hitchhiker, a critter that you didnt pay for, but you get to keep......LOL.

                            The stink of it is....I "think" he managed to survive in a 5 gallon bucket of SW mix, with no light, no water current, no food, and no temp control for about 6 days. If he didnt come from that bucket, I dont know where the hell he came from.

                              Anyone into photograhpy?

                              After I snapped this one, it sort of took me to MWO. How we "can" rise out of the ashes and bonds of AL when we really want to. How we can stand up on our own two feet and give the one fingered salute to Senior AL

                              I just sort of thought it was "inspiring" and wanted to share. Keep on keeping on people, if Mother Nature and this dandelion can do it.........we can do it
