No its not nonsense. Its a personal choice. I don't use mouthwash with al in it. I only use a tiny bit of wine in cooking and deliberately don't have much gravy. Everyone, has their own boundaries.

Rehab update. They don't want me this Friday. I spoke with the Director earlier and they want me in on Monday when they have all the clinicians (I guess some of the Docs are off over the weekend... holiday season et al...) (pun intended). SO... that is the official date. Monday December the 24th... the day before Christmas. Do I give a rats arse? NO!!! And I don't have to bollix around getting the tree and all the boxes of decs out of the attic. Perfect.

Christmas is just a load of shopping nonsense now anyway. And my fam are in Scotland. So who cares. Not moi. Plus there's a reason I got this half price... *bright smile* Who, in their right mind, checks into rehab the day before Christmas?! :H I'll be eagerly awaiting the start of January when they're dragging themselves in... and will greet them with a bright, cheerful smile and a LOUD HEWWO!!!!!! It'll be lovely not to have a Christmas/New Year hangover. Equally lovely to toy with those that do!
