Evening all.

First things first I don't have mouthwash, medicines, chocolate or food with any alcohol in it.

Don't drink AF beer, wine or cider neither. My choice entirely.

Luckily for me I don't like alcohol in food. Never did.

Moving on just back from me Christmas volunteer meal out. I am well and truly stuffed. I was a bit of a devil and had a full fat coke.

I will always cook with wine. I have no other idea how else to do it to be honest. I can buy these wee nasty cardboard bottles over here though, the one wouldn't drink even if they were gagging for it... so all is well, it will suffice for cooking. To be honest, I've always had cooking stuff in. I actually threw it all out in a fit of pique before I signed up for the rehab joint. I regret that!

I will not give up my AL mouthwash. The other stuff is way too sweet and doesn't do the job I like.

AF beer and wine can go and eff off.... no interest.... what in the hell is the point?

I will use medicines with AL in them. If they make me better and/or put me to sleep I am fine with that and I don't think they will provoke me into a relapse.
