I'll have to take it easy in the sun today - my shoulders and back are reminiscent of boiled lobsters. The skin will prolly start peeling in about a week from now. Moral of the story: it's not good enough to buy sunblock. It needs to be applied as well.

Not sure what I'll be doing today - can't take the cubs to the beach as planned (the youngest is going through "that time of the month" and the eldest is expecting a mate to drop by). I'm tempted to visti a few local nurseries - there are a few spots in the garden that could do with a bit of planting now that the gardener has sorted out the jungle.

I applied for a job with the University working as an assistant psychological researcher and I have a bloody interview, stone the fecking crows, I applied for two research assignments and got an intevriew for both, so two interviews and if I am successfulin both I will chooee the best one, its only for around 3 months and I will do it instead of my voluntary work, Take 3 months off volunteering and there is a chance with this research that I may get my name on a journal as an assistant researcher, whoop! if i get it im a step closer to my NHS doctorate inc clinica psychology
