Not bad thanks Mario. I am exhausted and thats why I probably have relied on the PKs too much of late. My job is going well but incredibly busy and I am planning on working less hours next year. I have to, I cant keep this up, plus my emotional and mental health MUST come first. I have had a pretty difficult year with one thing and another but am hopeful that I can get back on track soon

Me, well me wansent to bad up till about august when my health just dropped,couldn't work in fact couldn't do anything.I was eventually diagnosed with inflammatory art righteous,hope to be 100 per cent in the new year and start back working.The last six months have been a bit of a emotional roller coaster to.

I was in terrible pain, but I am on steroids and other tablets now,They say they can treat it :good job: We will see in the new year.
