Got this from a FB follow of mine......powerful stuff Its more for working out/healthy eating, but it is sooooooooooo fitting for here

Do not mistake activity for achievement. Every time you are tempted to react to the same old circumstances in the same old way, ask yourself, ?Do I want to be a prisoner of the past, or a pioneer of the future??
