Stressful day
Had a really stressful day today and had to stop at the store after work....for the first time EVER, I was able to walk right past the wine and not grab a bottle or two or three after a bad day. It was hard, I DID IT!!! By the time I got home with water in hand, I felt good about myself. 6 days AF... -

I know how hard it is to walk past the wine, drive past the bottle shop, hell even NOT go to the vineyards on the weekend!!
I understand about the bad day at work scenario when on the way home you get your medicine (or 2) take it home, crack it, and then all the stresses are relieved. UNTIL THE NEXT DAY!!! It's such a vicious circle hey.
I'm very proud of you TOC & I'm also proud of myself this week as I am now 5 days AF YAY!!!
