Thank you all!! I really appreciate it! The wife has gotten so used to me being sober and normal and motivational she needed me to remind her that it's been 2 years. Funny thing is it seems like it's been 20 years. Living in the moment and enjoying the here and now really makes for a much more meaningful and relaxing life.

Being sober has been the best thing that has ever happened to me, and I was telling my SIL the other day that the only regret I have is not making the change 10 years earlier. But I guess better late than never.

And as I look back it is truly amazing to me that I thought not drinking was going to be so terrible, and I thought I would have no social life, and I didn't have a clue of how I would have fun or relax or socialize. But once I quit I just have continued to focus on being as happy and as healthy as I can be every single day when I wake up and it just happens. Occassionally my days don't go perfect, but it just gives me a reason to strive for a better more rewarding day tomorrow. I just continue to follow my dreams. Since becoming sober, I have lost 25 lbs, became a certified personal trainer, read about 30 books, became a certified hypnotist, started my own success coaching business, coached 2 football teams and 2 all star baseball teams and have won championships with all of them, joined a Toastmasters club, and continued to lead the company I work for full time in sales. And I don't feel stressed or overwhelmed...I'm happier than I have ever been.

It's possible for everyone on this forum to see the same successes in their life. I mean it's only been 2 years, my future is filled with unlimited success....and yours can be too.

Thank you all again! I truly appreciate the recognition!
