Morning Bird, Happs, Frog and Doodyheads near and not so far,

Cooler here this morning. A welcome cool breeze blowing through the joint. Cooler there Frog?

27c and sunny here today. Noice. Had a light workout/reccie at local gym i sourced yesty. Modern machines, ceiling fan cooled, so no dodgy aircon air to breathe, and a big boxing area with about 20 bags or so. It's great.

Not sure what i'm up to today, but it will involve the beach.
