          And have to say - morning breakfast at the moment is frozen raspberries, greek yoghurt and a tsp of cinnamon....it is too good...and bonus is the cats hate cinnamon so they don't harass me while I eat it...back to watching insurance commercials....

            That sounds like a much better system for work Mr G.
            Now let's hope there's a nice clean referral process through all of the services and it sounds like a jolly useful one stop shop.

              29 here at 10.25 oclock, already..and very hazy, dont think I will be venturing out much today,good excuse to be inside in the cool, and read a book I think...

                Hi all
                Y'know when its broiling here, I have a plastic kiddie pool I sit in, with a big beach umbrella and a good book...last summer I was sitting out there in one of those fold up canvas chairs talking on the phone and my ass went through the chair to the ground and I couldn't get out. I had to call my kid but she couldnt get me out so she tipped the chair over and I crawled out....my garden did not do well this year, too dry...have a catnip patch that is growing in the compost heap though, and doing well....work wore me out today and all I could think was beer, but was even too tired to go to the store. Went home, had a strawberry soda the kids left and that helped the craving...glad everyone seems to be doing well and watching insurance commercials instead of drinking...

                  Bird - great to see your old avatar back. Erm ... I've been checking youtube for a clip of woman stuck in chair in kiddie pool. Haven't found it yet but I'll persevere. I don't know where in the US you live but Techie is in AZ and he seems to have broiling weather too.

                  Keep your coolth, Undies - relief will be coming soon. Briefly.

                  Played with the oven some more and really enjoying the process. Support comes in many forms, don't you think?

                    I fell backwards into a small hip bath when I was pissed years ago Bird. Struggled like a terrified wombat for hours to get the leaverage to free myself, then accepted the fact that I was probably going to die there and fell asleep.

                        YES Bridge re the outside world!!! That is the sole reason I haven't posted anything today. I've got the irrits.....

                        My mood was firmly set this morning (was just a niggling thought previous) when I had to go purchase 'stuff' for work. While I was waiting for the shop to open along comes a woman who sits not too far from me and proceeds to pick her nose AND eat it........ I felt like punching her face flat!!! Sorry.....

                        I'm zorsted from three nights in a row of very little sleep.....:upset:

                                I had the irrits and I'm certain it's heat/lack of sleep related as I found myself yelling, yes yelling at Wilson because she dared to smooch up to my legs and meeow for food. I actually went mental and ripped open a can of Whiskas and plopped the contents on the floor. HAVE SOME FUSKING FOOD THEN! Then I had a blub whilst cleaning it up again ...

                                Today is soooo much better and life with Wilson et al is wonderful.
