Ummm what is a booby pump? I thought it was a breast scan?? which I have to book. Got my reminder letter. Why do they only want to test you until you?re 69?

I'm guessing that if you've not got it by 69 then you're not gonna get it...
I'm trying to focus on the positives (there are some...) maintaining my health & getting off the fags for good.
Booby pump is a new fan dangled weights regime aimed to strengthen all areas, particularly the chest. Previously known as body pump.

Thank you for the well wishes to the mini cakes...got stuffed with sushi then got smashed in the bowling alley. As in, was smashed by the locusts...not actually getting smashed....
Watching series 2 of the Gourmet Farmer - Jones, it'd be up your alley. Just learnt that the hops plant is closely related to marijuana & asparagus. And oh no, the gourmet farmers milking cow has mastitis...ouch.
