      yep we are talking about the same guy. He makes it all very interesting. Wish I'd had a history teacher like that.

      No fire damage near me.


      I miss being away from the sea... but, I can see a glimpse of it if I go out onto the middle of the road road but. I really really miss the sunrise over the ocean I used to get every day from the two places I lived for the last umpty years.

                  Been there, done that re 10k. Just didn't have it in me tonight. Did do 100 stomach crunches afterwards if that counts at all......

                      Morning Undies. It is freezing here in the desert. I took my early morning walk and it was 26 degrees or -3 to you folk. It was so cold I saw a coyote wearing a hoodie.

                      There has been a lot of chatter (my teeth excluded) about a polar vortex collapse. This is a (as I understand it) a break in the jet stream that causes extremely cold air to be forced downward.

                      in other news an Australian woman stressed by the recent heat wave scorching parts of the country was arrested. It's reported that an Arizona man was forced into her outdoor oven and baked as the woman screamed "how do you like this mud...MUD BOY!" Formal charges are pending!

                      Outside of a dog a book is mans best friend. Inside of a dog its too dark to read
